Introductie

Ik ben een all-round MDL-arts met aantoonbare ervaring met diverse diagnostische en therapeutische endoscopische verrichtingen. In 2010 heb ik mijn proefschrift “From bug to drug in Crohn’s Disease” afgerond aan de Universiteit van Amsterdam. Dit proefschrift betrof pre-klinisch en klinisch onderzoek op het gebied van inflammatoire darmziekten. Als staflid in het Erasmus MC heb ik ruime ervaring opgedaan met geavanceerde endoscopische procedures zoals EUS, ERCP en oncologische patiëntenzorg. Ik ben gecertificeerd voor het uitvoeren van coloscopieën in het kader van het bevolkingsonderzoek dikke darmkanker.

Aandachtsgebieden

Inflammatoire darmziekten, Pancreatico-biliaire aandoening (EUS/ERCP), gastro-intestinale oncologie.
